Gongs are made by combining certain metals in intense heat and exist for hundreds of years, long after we have gone; like a fine wine, maturing in sound. A Gong Sound Bath is very gentle and non invasive. It has been used for thousands of years in many cultures around the world. This type of treatment has been noted to relax the body, stabilizing the heart rate and blood pressure. On subtle body levels it helps to release blockages, emotional stagnation or long term feelings of being “stuck” and it raises your vibration.
The sounds that the gongs produce take you on a journey with the variations and amazingly beautiful range of harmonics. When the gongs sound softly, the outside world enters the room. As the gongs sound louder the outside world disappears and you begin your journey into a deep meditative state. Most people can feel the vibrations of the gongs passing through their physical body, enabling emotions and blockages to come to the surface to be released, as they soothe, relax and invigorate the body, mind and soul.

CLEARING YOUR AKASH GUIDED MEDITATION WITH GONG SOUND BATH
Once we had reached the energetic threshold of 2012, humanity was given a special dispensation to clear the Akash of all that no longer serves us. Each person's Akash is filled with experiences from previous life times. Up until now, most of that was available to us was the traumatic experiences we have had in our past lives. The trauma and drama, the self-worth issues, beliefs about lack and other negative emotions such as anger, loneliness, anxiety, depression, guilt, shame and all else that is not who we truly are. Interestingly, we have also lived happy, joyful, balanced, abundant, harmonious life times, with deep spiritual connection to others and to the planet. In the dense energies of pre-2012, it was difficult to connect to these past lives. But they are there in your Akash! In order to continue to expand our consciousness, we are being asked to let go of all that is not truly who we are. Once we begin to let go of the energies of these life times, we will begin to remember the life times of abundance, harmony and connection. ACTIVATING THE 12 CHAKRA SYSTEM GUIDED MEDITATION WITH GONG SOUND BATH
In these increasingly intensifying energies post 2012, more of who we are is available to us. In this guided meditation, accompanied by gong sound bath, you can breathe and feel into your chakras and begin to activate this new system. New chakras are available to come online and to create a system that connects in threes (a triad). I see this new system using the number three, as three in Tibetan numerology is the number for "a catalyst for change". When chakras link up in groups of three, they become more than the sum of their parts.
